The disease surveillance project is led by Paula Moraga, Assistant Professor of Statistics and PI of the GeoHealth research group at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST). Funding for this work is provided by the Letten Foundation.

The project’s success is reliant on the cooperation of a number of collaborators and organizations worldwide. The team members listed below work on the development of statistical and machine learning methods for disease surveillance, and the translation of findings into actionable initiatives that improve health and wellbeing for all.
